Refunds & rescheduling

Eligibility overview

Refunds apply to prepaid session fees paid to File Havenline Miner School. Informational prices on the website become payable only after we issue a confirmation and payment instructions.

Deposits

Bootcamp seats are held with a deposit stated in your confirmation email. Deposits are credited toward the full fee. Deposits become non-refundable within 14 days of the cohort start date, except when we cancel the session.

Full refund

You receive a full refund of amounts paid if we cancel a cohort or walkthrough and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, or if you cancel in writing more than 14 days before the scheduled start.

Partial refund

Cancellations received 7–14 days before start may receive 50% of the session fee after deposit rules are applied. Within 7 days of start, fees are generally non-refundable because lab hardware and instructor time are reserved.

Non-refundable items

Consumed lunch costs on days already attended, custom printed materials already produced for a private walkthrough, and alumni open-lab drop-in fees after the evening has begun are non-refundable.

Work already started

If you leave a multi-day bootcamp after day one for personal reasons, remaining days are not refunded, though we may offer a courtesy transfer to a later cohort if space exists.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 7 days before start and space is available. Additional reschedules may incur an administrative fee of 1,500 THB.

No-shows

Failure to attend without notice is treated as a late cancellation. No refund is issued for no-shows.

Refund process & timing

Email info@filehavenline.click with your full name, session date, and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank transfer refunds may take longer depending on your bank.

Purchased materials

We do not sell miners or PSUs as retail products. Any optional spare parts sourced for a private walkthrough are quoted separately; once ordered on your behalf they are non-refundable.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government travel restrictions may allow goodwill credits toward a future session at our discretion.
